I've found HT to have the best selection of hardware and software of any
of the Bay Area stores I've been to.  I've also gotten a lot of good
advice from the people there and have had several excellent service
experiences.  They've consistently gone beyond what I expect of a store
in an effort to make sure I was happy.  As best I can tell, I've never
been lied to (and I think I'd be able to tell).  The only problem I have
with the store is that I sometimes want to go there on a Sunday, and
they aren't open on Sundays.
