Frankly, I don't care if the sources/binaries are pre-tested or not.
All I really care is that the group be moderated to keep the S/N level
at zero. I'd rather have faster article propagation.

If I may suggest a change, I would like to have the files placed in a
directory before zooing so that they will extract to a directory. Thus
I can easily keep all the files for a package in one place. If I
extract more than one package in one shot, all the readme files won't
overwrite each other, etc.
