	Well, I've seen a similar problem with an ST-4096/Adaptec combo.
,I don't know for sure what the problem is, but I can maybe help a little
bit with the codes you're seeing. (I'm suprised that a version got out
with the debug still in...) I believe thet codes you're seeing is the SCSI
sense results. If you grab an Adaptec manual, it'll have the info in it
that tells what each one means. I can't help you with any specifics right
now, I don't have an Adaptec manual here at home. You might give Supra a
call and ask them... They're working on some new software, but I don't know
for sure what enhancements/bug fixes they plan to incorporate.
