Does anyone have an address (e-mail or paper mail) and/or phone number
for a company called "Innovative Concepts" (sounds vaguely familiar, but...)?

I have been told that they sell a color Koala (Microillustrator) picture
dump utility that fully supports the Star Micronics NX-1000 Rainbow (because
the Rainbow is "Epson JX80 compatible").
