January 1988 Computer SHopper contains an article on the politics and
specificatins of the GOE and DIAMOND graphic operating systems soon
to be released in cartridge form for the Atari.  Pick one up at the
newstand if you don't have a subscription!  Good article, though the 
reviewer warns that until the carts are released and reviewed together
(these being the only two real contenders) any review will be incomplete.
