I am posting this for a friend.

He has a commodore 1650 300 baud modem and would like to write his own
software to control it.  Has anyone out there done this or know of
a method?

He tells me that it involves pulsing a line to send over the number to
dial (or something to that effect).

Any help would be appreciated.
