The following switches tell MOUSE.COM to look for the mouse at
different places...
 /I1  primary InPort
 /I2  secondary InPort
 /C1  com1
 /C2  com2
From the manual, there appears to be no support for com3 or com4.
On a *bus* mouse, you can set the interrupt for 2, 3, 4 or 5.
Com1 uses 4.  Com2 uses 3.  Thus, use 2 on an XT or 5 on an AT.
