We're also looking for help on this.  We've spent some time on UW version 3.4
but have had to stop for lack of time.  The problem was the lack of full
BSD compat. if I remember correctly.  We did this on HP-UX 5.5, now
that 6.0 is out, there are more BSD goodies to choose from.  If someone else
has gotten it to work, please post an announcement of the accomplishment
to "the rest of us".
