There are two problems: It only runs on ADB machines and the window it uses is taller than the SE screen, so you will probably find this info less then wonderful unless you have access to a Mac II. I have no documentation on how to use this editor (even though APDA now has a manual for ResEdit, the KCHR editor is not explained in it), but because it runs on a Macintosh and not a Unix machine, this is not that great a problem.
