Open up the Control Panel.  Select the Keyboard control panel from the list
on the left.  Make sure that the correct keyboard (domestic/international)
is selected.  If you are using the Greek system on a US non-ADB keyboard this
most likely needs to be changed.  If you ever go back to Greek hardware you
will need to reset it.
