Don't know about their hard drives, but i once bought a floppy (800k)
drive, and it had a problem that trashed a good portion of my library.
I went through 3 of them before demanding that the mail order company
that i bought it from (Programs Plus) replace it with another make,
which they did.  Anyway, if you _really_ want to give them a chance,
dealers will have better prices than buying direct.
