The easiest way to see this is to try to run it under AUX. It ain't "32-bit clean". From what the folks in DTS say, if it isn't 32-bit clean, it probably won't run six months from now when the new system is released (that six month figure is one they used and I take it to mean "whenever we get around to releasing our next System version").
