I was looking through the SEX tape (great stuff in general) and noticed
sex/news-tape/db.  Is is a database that uses HyperTIES, but the HyperTIES
doesn't seem to be on the tape.  Can anyone tell me more about this and/or
where to get it.  (It would be nice if it is free :-)  Thanks.
