  I think you should be able to use standard 256K chips rated at 150ns. My
SX uses 150ns chips, and it runs at the same speed.
  The HX version of Deskmate probably won't run on other Tandy's because
part of the program is in the HX's ROM. The SX does not have Deskmate in
ROM. The new SL and TL have even more of Deskmate in their ROMs (the entire
program I think, actually.)
