My version of dvi2ps (an enhanced version) should be available for ftp at:

host: ulysses.cs.ucla.edu (128.97.2.19)
file: ~ftp/pub/dvi2ps.tar.Z

public ftp area on host oddjob.uchicago.edu [128.135.4.2], in
file pub/dvi2ps.pk.
