The problem with curling paper is usually due to excessive moisture
in the paper, in the printer room, or the storage room where the 
paper is kept.  Sometimes the paper is produced with too much 
moisture.  When the paper is heated in the printer, it dries and
curls.  You might try switching paper brands, just in case.  We
use Hammermill Tidal and FASCOPY D without any curling problems.
