For the past 6 months I have worked daily with the Laserjet,
Laserjet+ and LaserjetII on a daily basis, and have never
had paper curling problems. 

We keep our paper in metal cabinets in our copier room, and
buy only genuine Xerox paper. We get the stuff from Xerox
SupplyNet (800) 822-2200, and the label on the plain white
paper says "Dual Purpose 8 1/2 x 11."

It's Xerox 4024 paper, 3R721, 10 ream carton, Substance 20 (75g/m sq.)
White, grain long.

We have also used their colored papers with great success.
