Which ultrix?  1.2, 1.2, 2.0, 2.2, 2.3?  All of these do not use the BIND
service.  Unless you have source, you would be hard pressed to modify binaries
to use it.  If you are using Ultrix 3.0, you are in luck.  It *has* BIND
name server, and it has a simple script to set it up, bindsetup(8).
