Sorry to ask a dumb/easy question, but I have to relate some
benchmarks ran on a VAX11-780 to faster, more modern hardware (e.g.,
SUN 4/260).  This is for a paper.  

Is the VAX11-750 rated at about .7 or .8 VAX11-780 MIPS?  Please
