The manual says that xenix wants to have a single controller >card, but perhaps there are exceptions? Dave Dillabough (dave@dilltk.uucp) has two AT disk controllers running under SCO 2.3 for the 386. I leave posting the recipe to Dave but basically you have to address the second card to the secondary winchester address and move the interrupt to #15. This is the hard part because althought most of the controllers seem to allow for readdressing, they don't allow the interrupt to be moved, so a minor hardware mod is involved. Anyhow the last I heard he did indeed have four hard disks up and running. The XT probably has a similiar problem with interrupts. But you should also check with SCO to see if they support two XT controllers (they do support two AT controllers). -- Stuart.Lynne@wimsey.bc.ca {ubc-cs,uunet}!van-bc!sl Vancouver,BC,604-937-7532
