I'm curious as to why X11 contains both an image and a bit ordering.  All
the orderings specified in ./server/include/servermd.h have the same value
for IMAGE_BYTE_ORDER and BITMAP_BIT_ORDER.

Does anyone use a machine or device that requires opposite values for the
two orderings ?
