Keywords: xload xwindows ultrix Message-ID: <482@larry.UUCP> Date: 23 Dec 88 19:21:10 GMT Organization: UW-Madison Space Astronomy Lab Lines: 9 I have 2 VAXstation 2000's running Ultrix V2.2. On one, when I log in, I do a detached "rsh xload" on the other, so I get a load display from the other machine. Well, after I hit , I get a message "[1] Stopped (tty input) rsh foo xload ..." but everything continues to run. That is, I get my load display throughout the day, with this job stopped all the time. Why does it do this? What tty input is it looking for? -- Jeff Percival (jwp@larry.sal.wisc.edu)
