My monochrome 3/60 is sending some 40 packets/sec to it's server (a Sun4) which is jamming the Ethernet. All I had running at the time was a console, an xterm and gmacs under another xterm. I don't know enough about X to locate the problem or to describe the situation properly. (I was the one that compiled X so there's no one else to blame.) Is there anyone out there that can explain what might be causing this and/or suggest a cure? I don't want to go back to using sunview. Thanks in advance Mark In Reality: msw@cpsc.UCalgary.CA or atai!calgary!msw
