Yes, I keep claiming this, but I'll make the claim in public this time.
I'm moving this month, and have other file system work that will keep
February busy, but I will spend time in March working on a draft (I did an
outline over a year ago, but the X book consumed all writing energy until
a few months ago.  If I get cooperation from the co-authors, I suspect
we'll have a pre-print level draft before summer. No promises though
on when it will be publically available.
