My experience with windowing environments has been in MS Windows and
Presentation Manager.  We are now using X windows V11R2.

Can someone direct me on how to obtain R3?
 
I also need a tookit (hopefully public domain) for development.
Does this come with R3? Can I get one separate from all of R3?
