I've got a strange one here.  I've brought X11R3 up on two of three
Microvaxen here, with no problems at all.  The third workstation is 
giving us a very strange problem.  it seems as though everything is in
order, except that every carriage return must be typed twice in order
for the shell to receive one.   Anyone have any ideas?
The same problem is visible with xdm/xterm.. basically anywhere where a
CR is needed...
