4.3BSD. The server starts-up OK through xinit, but the
xterm that xinit spawns is completely black i.e foreground
and background are both black. I can start an xterm from
another machine but only if it does NOT use black and white.
Also, I often get the following error from many clients:-
	XToolkit warning: cannot allocate colormap entry for White
	XToolkit warning: cannot allocate colormap entry for Black.

I would appreciate any help on this problem.
