I am trying to install the news software on a Compaq '386 running
XENIX System V.  I am having trouble figuring out which localize 
script to use.  Is this setup a XENIX setup or a System V setup?

If someone has a localize.sh script which will work for this configuration
I would appreciate it if they could mail me a copy.
