CFNY started to go downhill a few years ago. CKLN is the REAL alternative. 88.1 - furthest left on the FM dial (tm). Definitely not mainstream, with good jazz, women's programming, and modern music that CFNY would NEVER play. The only complaint I have about CKLN is the 'rap' music that is always playing when I get home from work - oh well, switch over to the CBC for Jergen Goth and 'Disc Drive'; pleasant classics (and some modern stuff) along with an inspired commentary to sooth the tired soul. CIUT also does some good stuff. I have gotten along fine without CFNY for some time now. -- {utzoo|mnetor}!dciem!zorac!dretor!king or king%dretor@zorac.dciem.dnd.ca Stephen J King =-= DCIEM Human Factors Division =-= (416) 635-2149
