Does anyone know how to modify/reprogramm a bearcat 210XL to scan
'out of band' ?  I know the older programmables could be made to scan
outside of their normal range by entering some goofy combination of
senseless keystrokes.  Is this possible with a more recent scanner (~1986-88)?
