After being down for over a week because of problems with a gateway at
Xerox PARC it appears that we are back on line.  Work is also very
close (an hour or two!?) to completion on our new high speed BARRNET
connection.  Backlogged mail is in the process of clearing and we hope
to have communications stabilized shortly.
