Which are good software programs for dna sequencing projects?
What I am looking for is:
  -easy sequence entry from the gel, either manually or sonically
  -easy verification
  -quick sequence comparison to existing seq on file
  -easy collating into larger sequence files
Any info and experiences welcome
Preferably MS DOS
