Please don't mistake PC-SIG with Public domain.  PC-SIG offers a service,
not a product.  Most of PC-SIG's disks are shareware and follow the same
rules of shareware - i.e., you pay if you like it.  PC-SIG does not pay for
you, they only sell a program collection service.
