I just obtained a Shareware version of MAHJONGG from Public Brand Software.
PBS is a Shareware catalog service which will distribute catalogs of all
kinds of SHAREWARE programs to anyone who requests it.  You can order a
program or set of programs from them for a small fee.  It costs $5.00 for
5.25" floppies or $6.00 for 3.5" floppies.  The cost requested by the 
author of the Shareware program is not handled by PBS.  That is between
you and the author and each disk contains information on how to register
the software if you like it.  Anyway you should be able to obtain a copy
of the catalog by calling 1-800-426-DISK or writing to:

The Mahjongg game is part of a set of EGA only Arcade games.  The others
include ALDO(like Donkey Kong), BREAKOUT, EGAROIDS, and EGARISK.  All
appear to very good implementations.  The Mahjongg game is written by
Nels Anderson.  Hope this helps.
