The infamous shotgun approach to  information location....

I am in need of a complete description of the AppleTalk protocol,
and information on the hardware level design and operation.
This is for a class project in engineering, so I'd appreciate
any references in magazines,technical journals etc...
Better would be a pointer to a good book on the subject
