No, they're real incompetents who send out incorrect bills. There was a major problem in 1987 with inaccurate bills being sent out by GTE. Ask anyone who's ever experienced the tender mercies of using US Sprint what they think about the accuracy of the bills they receive. If Telemail bills are accurate, they are the only part of GTE that seems to be capable of generating proper bills. We'll wait and see what happens with the new system, hmmm? -- James S.
