I recall the front page article in the Wall St Journal concerning the students at Ohio State complaining of this. I'm glad to see that something was done about it. But is it working? BTW: I agree that there are many natives with lousy English (me included according to my wife who minored in English). However, at least we can verbally understand them, right? -- George W.
