I'm looking for (source) code to generate a GIF file.  I'll supply it with a
color map and pixels.  I want it to produce a file.  Simple enough.  Any code
fragments (in particular, the code to do the LZW compression) will be happily
accepted!  (Code obtainable via anonymous FTP is fine.)
