I have the necessary changes to compile all the InterViews 2.4 libraries
with g++ 1.32 (on a Sun). This doesn't include the changes to the
makefiles because I use newmake, where the makefiles are different.
The changes to the makefiles are more or less trivial.

I don't have the changes to the InterViews commands since I only use
the libraries. You'll HAVE to upgrade to 1.32 since 1.31 dumps core
on a couple of source files (at least on a Sun).
