"The Hacker's Dictionary" by Guy L. Steele et al. mentions a
somewhat unorthodox language called 'Intercal'.  I'd like to
find out more about this, because I'm feeling weird today.

Ideally, I'd like a bibliography, if one exists, or any
relevant documents you may have to your electronic hand.

If you do have such info in e-mailable form, please ask me
first before sending 478 jillion bytes of goodies, just in case.
