    The new versions of both TP and TC are required for source level
    debugging of code since each include extra ( a lot extra ) info
    in the exe file.  You can debug programs generated by TC 1.5 and TP 4.0
    but you will have to debug it at the assembly language level since
    no source level info exist in the exe.
