Is the PRESS program (a prolog program for algebraic manipulation) available
on the net? A portion of it is described in `Artificial Intelligence', 16, 
1981 (pgs 189-212). 

I would like the prolog code (if possible), but any information on the
algorithm or pointers to articles would be appreciated.
