One of the newer features in Elm is skipping over deleted messages.

So how does one get to them:
two ways:
1. direct addressing by message number
2. Use J and K instead of j and k.  The upper case ones do not
skip over deleted messages.  (Warning, my memory is weak, this
might be new to 2.2 and not in 2.1, however #1 always works)
