I've had one or two publications delayed for unknown reasons, and sometimes my membership card is a little late, but nothing of the magnitude you describe. If you are willing to send them a xerox [tm] copy of the check, and cop(ies) of any other evidence you have, I'm sure that they will be more than happy to help you. - Mike Wincn
