Last yer i mentioned a problem about getting files on a
VM machine on EARN side. Glen Overby described the problem
also.

They way i get the files without loss of square brackets and
things like this is:

- receive file on VM machine
- FTP it to a VAX
- use DECNET/DOS to get it on my PC
