Lines: 23 I want to get Minix-ST installed on my homebrew hard disk when the boards all get mounted and the system is formatted properly. I have a 60 Meg Vertex V-170 (nice drive!), and I wonder how people are doing their partitions. I want to use 20-25 Megs for Minix, with the rest divided between TOS and Magic Sac. How many partitions are best for this? Do I have to have three partitions to get /, /tmp and /usr split? Oh, I also have the ICD host adaptor and am using the ICD utilities. Has anybody installed Minix on a system using the ICD hardware and software, and if so, has anybody got something that will read the real-time clock on the ICD? Patches to the BMS stuff would work, because I have been saving articles with a view to this day for awhile. Any advice gladly accepted. I'm Unix literate, so you can talk techie to me :-) -- ---------------------------------------------------------------- "There was something fishy about the butler.
