Yes, there is a list of Internet mailing lists. It's called 'The List of
Lists', and you can get it via anonymous FTP from <sri-nic.arpa> aka
<nic.ddn.mil> [26.0.0.73 or 10.0.0.51] in the NETINFO directory. It's
available in one big file, ~250k, or 7 smaller files. If you don't have
FTP capability, I can get it and mail it to you.
