Does there exist a public domain PC port of Sun's socket library?  (I know
I get the socket library with Sun's NFS-Toolkit.)  I am particularly interested
in one that doesn't need device driver support (unless said driver is also
PD).  I hate to re-invent the wheel, especially a really *big* wheel.
