I am not a frequent reader of this group, so I will apologize up front
if I am replowing well known ground.

What I am looking for is a utility (or group of utilities) which can
convert back and forth between the various popular graphics data formats.
I am particularly interested in being able to convert between PCX and TIFF
formats to CGM, and versa vice, in an MS-DOS environment.  

I would appreciate any pointers to either commercial or public domain
software, and any particular recommendations.
