[ I realize this isn't really a Unix question, but the Unix people
  are the most likely to know what cron(1) is ]

Does anybody have source to a cron(1)-like program that runs under MS-DOS,
preferably using Microsoft or Turbo C? Such a program need not be PD,
but should at least be cheap. Please replay via email, a summary will
be provided. Thanks.
